General Profile
Danendra was mentored by K. Ghandinesen and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1996. He has vast experience in handling contentions and non-contentions legal cases.
He currently handles conveyancing matters on various aspects including housing projects and development with numerous property developers ranging from commercial, residential to mixed development and property sub sale. He advises clients on matters relating to Real Property Gains Tax and Stamp Duty. He has attended to property transactions in excess of RM10 million. He has also attended to the preparation of security documentation for loan transactions related to property purchase and other financing facilities for various financial institutions.
Danendra regularly advises clients on Probate & Estate Administration matters including preparing Wills and Trusts for estate planning. He advises clients and attends to the drafting of various corporate agreements including Joint Venture Agreements for property development, Shareholders Agreements, Agreements related to tenancy and a wide range of business agreements and contracts.
